Alterations and additions in a flood prone area in Burrill Lake. In order to not build above the flood board, we kept the addition at 50m². We could include a new master bedroom with ensuite bathroom as  well as a new kitchen and dining room. A new attached garage adjoins the new extension. The house received a total makeover internally and externally.
The new pool was built semi in ground due to the high water table.
